In-person courses and Certificate Programs will resume shortly. Thank you for your patience and understanding during these trying times.
If you would like to take part in our Certificate Programs or Crash Course, please fill in your details in the Registration Form below and then submit your payment through one of our PayPal options. You will be officially registered once payment is received. Please indicate the date of the class you wish to attend. Event registration must be completed at least seven (7) days prior to the class.
Terms and Conditions
Please register early and arrive before the scheduled start time. Space is limited. Registrations are subject to cancellation after the scheduled start time. Registrants cancelling up to 72 hours before the seminar will receive a tuition refund less a $30.00 administration fee, or if requested, a full-value voucher, good for one year, for a future seminar. Cancellation or voucher requests must be made in writing. If a seminar cannot be held for reasons beyond the control of the Gold’s Dental Charm School ( e.i. act of God), the registrant will receive a full refund, or if requested, a full-voucher, good for one year, for a future seminar. A $30.00 service charge applies to each returned check.
When purchasing online, you will receive confirmation of your registration once your application is processed and credit card or Paypal account is charged.
